Where are Spa Parties by Dream Dolls held?

As a Mobile Spa Party company, The Spa Parties by Dream Dolls, services can be held in or outside your home or place of event. You provide the space and the girls and we will make it a party.

What days are Spa Parties by Dream Dolls available for parties?

The Spa Parties by Dream Dolls can be scheduled after 10a.m. Friday - Sunday. Monday - Thursday parties can only be scheduled during the summer months depending on location.

How can I reserve a party date?

To reserve a party date, please fill out the Contact Us form, or go to our Packages Page, or simply call us at (904) 310-4135.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Cash payment may be accepted as the final form of  payment the day of party.

How far in advance do I need to reserve a party.

Most parties should be reserved at least 3-6 weeks in advance. This time frame allows ample time to prepare and create handmade invitations, keepsake photo frames, deluxe favor bags, and gather craft supplies.

The Spa Parties by Dream Dolls Express parties, however, can be booked with as little as 1-2 weeks notice (in some instances less time). If you would like to reserve an Express party, but would still like to include party favors for your guests in your package, please inquire.

What areas does Spa Parties by Dream Dolls service?

Jacksonville and surrounding including; Yulee, Orange Park, Manderine, Amelia Island and Fernadina Beach

Do you charge a travel fee?

There is a flat rate mileage fee of $30 for party locations more than 30 miles one way from zip code 32218. Mileage is determined via Map Quest. Please note that we reserve the right to decide if a location is too far even if the client is willing to pay the travel fee.

What types of payment do you accept?

Credit, Debit, Cash and money orders are accepted for deposits only. The final balance is due in cash on the day of the event. If you choose to make your final payment by check or money order, it is due five days before your party date, made payable to Monica Spencer.

What if I need to cancel or postpone my party?

Due to the reservation nature of our business, your deposit is non-refundable. Changes can be made up to two weeks in advance. However, if you must cancel for any reason we will make every attempt to reschedule your party within 30 days.

What do I need to do as the caregiver/parent?

You will need to provide any extra decor (although not necessary), food, or cake that are not included in or that you have not added to your event.

The guest of honor's parent must be present in the event room or nearby and is responsible for children at ALL times. The Spa Parties by Monica is there to provide entertainment but children are not to be left unattended.

What is the suggested party set-up?

All party decor is contingent upon the layout and spacing of the home or event location. However, access to water for facials, manicures, and pedicures will be needed depending on the theme chosen. Electric outlets for equipment such as karaoke machine or strobe lights will also be needed depending on the theme chosen.

Clean-up service after your party includes general clean-up of our goods but not vacuuming and deep cleaning.

What should children wear?

Children can wear their regular clothes for all parties. However, it is suggested that Spa Party Princess and Fashion Diva guests be told to wear a leotard or bathing suit under their clothing to ease with changing into gowns and dresses.

What happens if guests arrive late?

The Spa Parties by Monica are based on a schedule, therefore it is important that guests arrive on time. Please indicate that to your guests when they RSVP. Guests that come late may join the party at where it has progressed.

Can parents stay for the party?

We ask that the parent(s) of the birthday child please stay for the duration of the party to attend to possible needs of the children. The parents of guests are welcome to stay and enjoy the fun but we ask that onlookers keep the noise level to a minimum so the children do not get distracted and can adequately hear instructions from the hostess.

What happens if a party is canceled due to inclement weather?

If Spa Parties by Dream Dolls cannot make it to your party due to extreme weather conditions, which result in dangerous driving conditions for our employees, we will return your full deposit or make alternate party arrangements that are acceptable to the party host..
